As change makers we’re often thinking and working toward some legitimately serious goals related to intercultural competence. AND maintaining a sense of humor, and more specifically laughter, can foster connection between people across all kinds of difference.
Not only that, but laughter is also healing. It aids in reducing stress, gives the immune system a boost, and triggers the release of endorphins - our body’s “feel good” hormones; Meaning it’s a *BONUS* Transformative Praxis.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to find some time to laugh and incorporate this into our practice.
