It’s been a couple of weeks, so let’s check in. Have you kept breathing?
Let’s take another intentional, deep, chest & belly-filling breath right now.
Remember, taking a deep breath is a *BONUS* Transformative Praxis, because it allows us to take the space we need for intercultural competence and also facilitates healing.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to keep breathing, and continue to incorporate intentional breathing into our practice.
