Spending just 20 minutes in nature daily has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and counter depression. Clean, fresh air, sunshine, and foliage actually help us feel connected and grounded. Nature is a great resource for change makers to access their creativity, focus, and concentration. Skills helpful for exercising intercultural competence.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to spend 20 minutes being intentionally present with nature today, and incorporate this into our practice.
