Manage the Stress (Learn: Self Awareness) -

“A field that has rested gives a beautiful crop.” - Ovid

Stress can manifest in a variety of ways, and impacts our ability to think critically (access our frontal lobes), which can inhibit our intercultural capacity. It limits our ability to think creatively. Creativity allows change makers the space to think differently.

Today, let’s challenge ourselves to recognize where our stress is being held, where are we holding stress in our bodies, and incorporate intentionally relaxing those areas as apart of our practice.
