Being a change maker requires us to be and remain curious, because curiosity helps us increase our intercultural competence. Passing judgement stifles curiosity, which can limit our will and ability to ask questions that aid in thinking differently.
The ability to think differently is a skill needed for those of us that want to deepen inclusion, increase diversity, advance equity, and broaden access toward social change.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to suspend judgement, and incorporate that into our practice.
