The Daily Praxis: Stay True to Form (Physical)
Stay True to Form (Physical) -
“Nothing happens until something moves.” - Albert Einstein
This week we’re checking back in on our Transformative Praxis Forms.
Today let’s explore our Physical Form.
Physical Form is about movement. As change makers we are committed to movement - movement of behaviors, energy, and systems - practicing our physical form can help us embody movement. When we embody movement through physical form it can model the process of movement that needs to take place in those other areas just mentioned.
Physical Form can, but does not have to constitute extraneous exercise, such as running, or swimming. It can also be taking a walk, dancing, tai chi, or yoga.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to practice the Physical Form of our practice.
