We’ve spent a couple of weeks sharing concepts and actions. How are things going? It’s one thing to have an academic or intellectual understanding of intercultural competence, but the actions, the practice is what increases our capacity to be interculturally competent.
Sometimes we feel really good about the actions we take, and other times we make a mis-step. No matter which, the key to being a change maker is returning to the practice.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to get dirty, and maybe make some mistakes, in order to grow and incorporate this into returning to our practice.
