Stop with the Jargon (Vulnerability) -

Jargon (any technical/sector-specific language ‘outsiders’ do not understand) can become apart of a group or organizational lexicon, especially for those in similar fields or industries.
If we’re not intentional, even things like acronyms can become barriers. We reduce those barriers by decoding - sharing complete words, terminologies, and meanings simply. Language and the meaning of words have significance for change-makers.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to break-down barriers by decoding the acronyms we use, and incorporate this into our practice.
