The Daily Praxis: "Why?"

Why is a question about intent, and when we ask it explicitly it’s a Transformative Praxis - it keeps us curious AND allows us to ensure that our impact is aligned with our intentions.
Choice Points is a practice that helps with this. It was shared with me from a dear mentor. Choice points is the practice of asking ourselves why, seven times (or as many times as we can), especially when making decisions.
Today, let’s challenge ourselves to practice Choice Points, ask ourselves “why?,” and incorporate this into our practice.
