Centered Spaces’ Mind, Body, Justice groups are for individuals or professionals that are change agents working to make social change in their work, community, or world.

Each week, group members will engage in a scientifically supported Mind-Body technique that can be immediately integrated into daily self-care and change making practice, to address and prevent burnout. The group will be educational, supportive, participatory, structured and fun!

Mind-Body Justice Groups are held weekly for 2 hours (CST), over 8 weeks. Group size is limited; registration is required.
The registration fee is $300
